Double meaning plus an homophone here.
Game pays homage to Lousiana rapper and convicted killer C-Murder (now behind the jail bars too) making an homophone pun with C (“see”) murder on his hood, Compton

Since he’s affiliated with Bloods, the line could also means C-murder as Crip murder, referencing to the infamous Blood’s rival gang ( see as example terms like C-Walk).

Line reused in Ali Bomaye.

“Whatever” was released as a single after the release of Definitely Maybe and was only included as a bonus track on the Mexican edition of Definitely Maybe. After Oasis split up it was released to a broader audience, when included on the single compilation album Time Flies… 1994-2009. The song is notable for its use of an orchestra. However, that was also what led to the song not being included on Definitely Maybe. At the time of recording the album, the band could not afford to hire an orchestra for the song.

The song came under fire for allegedly ripping off Neil Innes' song “How Sweet to Be an Idiot.” They later settled a plagiarism lawsuit and Innes received a songwriting credit.

The song was often performed live, ending with the lyrics to “Octopus’s Garden.”
