Game and his ex labelmate Tony Yayo, along with other G Unit members, were running the rap game back in those 2003-2005 days.

Dion’s part was originally more than just the hook on the original version of the track, with Tony Yayo being completely absent. Tony Yayo was still facing many legal troubles at the time and 50 Cent added a verse from him to keep his name in the public spotlight on the next hot G-Unit release.

The original version can be heard here.

Catchy line. Buck is comparing him and G Unit to Cosa Nostra, the name represents Sicilian Mafia ( literally “Our Thing”), like that these gangs have their own sort of code and street justice. Buck isn t gonna stop selling drugs, killing people, and disturbing the peace untill the Police need to catch him dead or alive

This is the first time hes ever driven in Queens. Very different from Tenessee, he’s not used to it.

This is a double entendre since “being behind the well” means to control something, as G Unit run the Rap Game in that period

For few seconds Jeezy has a brief recall of his drug dealer past career, when he used to sell fishscale or anyway weight his wares on a scale

Also – a nod to another drug – Flashbacks are sometimes one of symptoms of LSD usage, for which the customer experiences an episode of some of the subjective effects of the drug even long after it has been consumed and worn off.

Jeezy is making double flossing meanings: his Ferrari has so many horses (horsepowers) that he places it in the stall with other figuratively fellow equines

Here the Ferrari Enzo, with 660 hp the most powerful of its series, Jeezy could have this gem

Unfortunately he stopped himself to Ferrari California

Plus he has so much jewerly on his wrist( “ice” in slang) that seems he got it from his drink.

Mafia’s members don’t meddle in twopenny brawls but rather threat or kill you with firearms

Do you really want to bring a knife to a gunfight?

Those lines could be a thinly veiled shot at Jay-Z. When Jay was doing press for The Blueprint 2: The Gift & the Curse, he suggested the best way to settle the beef was for him and Nas to each put up $2 million for a pay per view rap battle and afterwards a boxing match and the proceeds would go to the winner/charity. Obviously, Nas had a alternative idea.

Jacob Arabo, who is nicknamed “Jacob the Jeweller”, is a Bukharian-American jeweller who is known for providing watches and other jewellery pieces to celebrities (mainly rap artists, hence his nickname).

Buck has purchased pieces from Jacob, hence why he has to walk around with a .45 caliber pistol with no safety on to ensure he’s safe and doesn’t get robbed. A “safety button” on a firearm ensures that the firearm doesn’t fire until it’s disabled, Buck walking around with no safety means he’s always ready to shoot.

Jacob has been referenced in hip hop many times;

Niggas renting slum jewels from Jacob, fool!
