Référence à La vie de rêve, célèbre tirade de Tony Montana, dans le film Scarface
Il y a une opposition entre rêve et / dors plus.
D'abord au sens propre, tu ne peux pas avoir une vie de rêve si tu ne dors pas parce que tu ne te sens pas bien.
Mais au-delà de ça, si il ne dort plus, il ne peut pas rêver, et donc il ne sait pas ce qu'est que le rêve.
Possible référence aussi à Intouchable :
“Je ne dors plus” morceau mythique de leur premier l'album “Les points sur les i”.
il fait allusion à “la vie de rêve” du gangster, la philosophie du “ tout et tout de suite ”, illustré par scarface. Mais ce genre de gangster ne peut plus dormir sur ses 2 oreilles, par crainte de la police, un concurrent, une vengeance ou de la trahison d'un proche qui veut sa place…
Il renvoie a se demander si la vie de gangster en vaut la chandelle ? si le prix a payer est de ne plus pouvoir dormir paisiblement.
