This could be emulating Tupac Shakur who claimed both Bloods and Crips because he believed in gangs as a form of community infrastructure but was against gang rivalry.

50 Cent on the other hand might actually be instigating a sort of rivalry. He doesn’t care if bloods or crips come after him and it seems he would even welcome attempts on his life. Fiddy has a long history of needling street gangs, dating back to his mixtape days.

50 is saying he’s crazy enough to take on the Crips and the Bloods (hence, tell them he’s a member of their arch-rivals). It’s also a reference to the fact that 50, affiliated with Bloods in NY, is on the track with well-known Crip, Snoop.
