This refers to the 1983 film “Sudden Impact” where Clint Eastwood, playing the cop “Dirty Harry” Callahan, kills some robbers and says to the last robber – who is holding a hostage – “Go on punk, make my day” – meaning, go on hurt the hostage so I can kill you. The robber surrenders and lives. SCARFACE is saying he “aint no Clint Eastwood”, that is, you have ZERO chance of surviving. It’s not a case of “Go on, make my day”, because today he’s gonna kill you anyway – ie “You done picked the wrong day” !
