On Jay-Z’s album, the Blueprint 3, he wrote an auto-tune diss called D.O.A..

It also refers to the line in “On to the Next One” where Jay-Z says:

“And fuck that Auto-Tune cause we onnnnn”

After that happened, T-Pain said “Fuck Jay-Z, He’s Old”. (Bad idea Pain!)

Though they have performed together… (T-Pain came out without telling Jay)

Jay-Z also appeared on the official remix of “Go Hard”.

After a highly success 2012, Hopsin’s Funk Volume label – co-founded by himself and manager Dame Ritter – kick off 2013 with a brand new music video, “Funk Volume 2013.”

Featuring the entire roster, including Hopsin, Dizzy Wright, Jarren Benton, SwizZz, and DJ Hoppa, the clip plans out like a horror film, co-directed and edited by Hopsin and George Orozco, pairs the track with an appropriately trippy visual.

Funk Volume is no longer just Hopsin & SwizZz doing shows in small clubs. They now travel globally and sell out shows and have a bigger name, and have signed more acts since, including Jarren Benton. He is also referring to the fact that people want him off the label because Hopsin is a “hypocrite” for signing him, because he raps about drugs and girls. Jarren is saying FV is now broadening their range of topics.
