While Wik is talking about drinking his troubles away, he also mentions that his Father cooked his troubles away. A tostones is a fried plantain, which is a popular side dish in many Latin American culture.
Tostones are gold, which could mean that the only think gold, or worth value, is tostones (or more broad, just food).
The line “Only thing got gold left’s the tostones” could also be referencing the famous Robert Frost poem “Nothing Gold Can Stay” which means the best things never last, or they become tainted.
In context with Wiki’s line, he could be using the “gold not staying” to compare to his youth or the good highs he used to get from Oxy, but as it slowly turned into an addiction, he wishes he wouldn’t have done it at all.

First, Wiki is saying he avoided a random ticket from the Police that would have come in the mail many months after the incident. The problem with it coming in so late is that it is hard to prove what happened, and the law will side with the Officer of the evidence doesn’t show other wise.
