BBG is still referencing the first line of the song, the bus driver is his chauffeur, as he is the chauffeur for everyone else on the bus. Notice the juxtaposition in the line, BBG associates a bus driver (a possible social stigma in a aristocratic lifestyle, and a chauffeur, an expensive driver who drives an aristocrat around.

He’s painting the picture that he’s a ghost, hovering above a sleeping person. Traditionally–in film, folklore, ancient writings–when a soul exits the body it comes out of the mouth. Once a person’s soul is gone, it allows their body to be possessed by a foreign (usually spectral) presence. Other lines in the song directly reference this.
MC Ride may also be speaking as a possessed person. In many interviews, Zach and Ride reference a force that compels them to create. In this instance, Ride is already possessed and the “force” is speaking on his behalf.

The entire song is opposing the social norms of mainstream Hip Hop. A solid way for BBG to start off his album… stating how he is different from the Hip Hop community.
I think he’s more reflected than this interpretation gives him credit for. In interviews he has talked about how tries to write about general experiences. The hook decribes a pretty common way of thinking, although maybe not speaking. More than hearing how he is different, I hear an expression of the something in us that insists we are unique, all of us :)
