Megatron:

From the popular Transformers franchise, he’s the evil leader of the Decepticons.

The first Megatron toy was released in 1984, with die cast metal parts, and it transformed into a Walther P-38 pistol.

So in saying “Megatron” in his rap, he means Megatron in his gun form, as in he needs to buy a new gun.

You might be thinking “Hey wait a minute, in the Michael Bay movies Megatron transformed into some kind of flying jet thing!” and you’d be right.

But in the original TV series, Megatron actually did indeed transform into a gun, who would then be used by Starscream and occasionally Optimus Prime himself.
But why would a giant robot with a massive blaster mounted on his own arm transform into a smaller gun?

Codenamed “Little Boy”, this was the first atomic bomb to be used as a weapon, and it was dropped on Hiroshima on August 6th. Estimates for the explosion range between 13-18 kilotons of TNT.

60,000-70,000 people were killed immediately (30% of the city’s population at the time), and by the end of 1945, the death toll was estimated at 90,000-166,000. Many who survived the blast later died of cancer and other effects associated with radiation poisoning.

They were stripped of their rights and treated as second class citizens, even as Japanese Americans were fighting and dying for “their” country. There was even an all Japanese American unit, which included 21 Medal of Honor recipients. It is ironic to think that while they were fighting overseas, most of their family members were in the internment camps.

Ultraman is a famous pop culture phenomenon in Japan, which started as a special effects TV show during the 60s.

Lyrics Born (born Tom Shimura) is a Japanese American rapper, so the Ultraman reference could be a shout out to his background.

The show revolves around a member of the Science Patrol who merges life forces with a light being from Nebula M78. With the beta capsule he transforms into the sky scraper sized superhero Ultraman!
…Basically the whole point of the show was the fights he had with the giant monsters that seemingly terrorize Japan on a weekly basis.

When he crosses his arms in his trademark pose, it unleashes the powerful Specium Beam, pictured below. It was one of his most famous finishing moves; the pose is iconic.

This comparison works because you picture Biggie as a uniquely black colored rhino, with all the brute force and strength associated with the animal.
