Ghost, in full peacock mode, flashing his guap (roll of cash) and buying rounds of drinks for the crew. It would not be like him to buy something delicate like a frosted martini

Ambiguous. It’s either a gold chain with a bill-shaped pendant, or Ghost is alluding to the fact that he was sniffing cocaine with the girls at his table, and is using the dollar bill as a conduit for drug inhalation.
