A cluck head is actually another term for crack head. When addicted, “clucks” can be seen picking up anything white or yellow resembling crack off of the ground. Like how chickens eat. Chickens go “cluck”. Eazy-E used the term a lot.

Cluck heads could also be reference to prostitutes. “Chicken head” is a reference to the way chickens walk with their heads bobbing up and down, similar to a prostitute giving a blow job.
