Releasing music during his high school years, Javier (also known as 3-15) attended Milwaukie High School in the neighboring city of Portland, Oregon. Showcasing multiple styles and influences in his music, Fif’s catalog consists of different genres he adds his lyrics to. From his beginnings as a mere elementary student performing at school assemblies, he’s since moved on to recording his music and performing his music onstage.
