Parisian duo AaRON are Simon Buret (Voice-Piano-Violin-Harmonica) and Olivier Coursier (Piano-Guitar-Drums) offer a French blend of indie art-rock & pop, often in English, with Simon’s lyrics and vocal chops set to the musical compositions of Olivier.

Their 2007 debut U-Turn (Lili), the acronym of which is the band’s moniker, sold over 400,000 worldwide (mostly in Europe), and is an all-time classic album to those in AaRON’s musical sphere of influence. Its success was propelled by two soundtrack songs from the 2006 box office hit “Je Vais Bien, Ne T'en Fais Pas”.

Three years later Birds in the Storm became another chart-topping success, earning them a European Border Breaker Award followed by a sold-out tour.
