Best Coast is a rock duo made up of songwriter, guitarist, and singer Bethany Cosentino and multi-instrumentalist Bobb Bruno. The pair met while Cosentino was part of experimental drone group Pocahaunted, and released their first album Crazy For You in 2010 to rave reviews. Since then, they’ve released three further albums, including a children’s album, Best Kids.

The band’s sound varies slightly from album to album, but is primarily characterized by lots of reverb and influence from ‘50s/'60s pop.
