The Cross

About The Cross

“The Cross” were a side project of Roger Taylor’s, formed during the Queen hiatus taking place after the Magic tour in 1986. Instead of drumming for the group as Taylor did in Queen, he took on lead vocals and rhythm guitar. They saw little commercial success, but received positive reviews, and successfully found an audience among die-hard Queen fans. They were active from 1987 – 1993, and briefly reunited in 2013 for a one-off reunion concert, twenty years after their official break-up. They released three albums in total.
