Carlos Perry AKA Dj Sound AKA Soundmaster C is a Memphis producer from Ridgecrest apartments that was active from late 80s to late 90s/early 00s. He produced beats that sound almost exactly like the ones we hear today, proving that he was one of the pioneers of trap music. Dj Sound only produced music for Frayser Click and the rappers associated to the group.
