Jared Kennedy (born May 1, 1989, in Louisiana), better known by his YouTube name FILNOBEP, is a producer, animator and comedian YouTuber from New Orleans.

FILNOBEP is an acronym for “Forever I Love New Orleans and Broken Equipment Productions”. He also produces music under the name Twinnzel Washington, (“Twinn” for short) but is known for funny videos about rappers like We Are Young Money and Dipset the Movie. He sometimes produces with his twin brother Fatt Kidd.
