About Galexia

Galexia one man consisting of Kenneth Joseph Spaziani of Orange, CT. Described initially as “Progressive Industrial Rock” a new genre was created with some of the Prog-Metal’s greatest minds involved. In 2007 Galexia released the self-titled debut album which featured Arjen A. Lucassen of Ayreon, Damian Wilson of Threshold, Martyna of LadyMaggot, Marko Eskola of Farmakon & Gordon Tittsworth of Images of Eden. After receiving the Album of the Year award from Audio-Odyssey (UK) The self-titled Galexia LP went on to be featured in The History of Progressive Music Novel.
In 2008 Galeixa worked together with D.Lector to create Galexia Feat. Knowledge and release the LP “The Haze”. The album was well received and reached Amazon’s top 10 Hip-Hop bestseller list.

In 2017 Kenneth Spaziani remastered the debut album and re-released it on all streaming platforms/stores to praise from fans and critics alike. After releasing tracks from “The Bedroom Sessions” consisting of original demo tracks, a remastered version of the Progressive Rock classic “Rose of Thorns” saw an overhaul release with a brand new drum track which is described as “How it would have been recorded in 2007 if I had 10 more years of drumming experience”. The original “Rose of Thorns” and “Rose of Thorns 2.0” are 2 of the 4 Galexia songs in the hall of music. “Recidivate” being the third and “settleDOWN” being the fourth.

in 2019 while working on the first song-oriented LP in 11 years Galexia surprise-released “Audioinfity” 5 tracks with a run-time of 2.5 hours. Audioinfity saw a limited run of 1,500 Vinyl Records and 25 Crypto Mints which sold out in an hour at 500$ per mint. No marketing campaign, no warning, and no interviews. Galexia – Audioinfity was written and recorded as a form of Music Therapy for Kenneth Joseph Spaziani to explore sounds and genres outside expectation. With the year 2020 still being listed as the release of the Upcoming 3rd “Official” Galexia LP this self-expressive Audioinfity proved to be an artistic lunge which has earned the admiration from music fans with previous knowledge of Galexia, Casual Listeners and as intended: The community of Binaural Meditative Music"
The upcoming 3rd LP is the first song-oriented album by Galexia in 11 years and is being released on 7/7/20 to digital platforms and retail stores. The four singles released off of the upcoming album are (Orange Park Youth) (settleDOWN) (How Could I Stay?) and (This Miracle is Coming on Strong).
