About Maino

Jermaine Coleman, known as Maino (b. August 30, 1973), is an American rapper from Brooklyn, New York City.

Maino began his career while serving a prison sentence, finding solace in rapping. He first gained recognition with his singles “Hi Hater” and “All the Above” featuring T-Pain, both achieving chart success. He formed his own record label Hustle Hard Entertainment, released mixtapes and would eventually sign with Atlantic Records.

His debut studio album, If Tomorrow Comes…, featured the hit single “All the Above.” Despite lower sales, his second album, The Day After Tomorrow, showcased his continued musical endeavors.

Maino also formed the rap group The Black Flag Mafia and achieved success with collaborations, including a dance hit titled “Crazy” with Erika Jayne.
