It is very evident that Moss Da Beast is no novice to the music business. Moss Da Beast aka Marleyson is Chicago born and bred but at one point moved to Nashville. This allowed him to become very familiar with southern culture and gave him the opportunity to expand his knowledge of the music business. Now; with a 15 year background in artist management, (after working with his group The H.I.T.Squad and gold and platinum producer Honorable Cnote) Moss is working hard on his solo career. Every since his first mixtape release in August of 2010 he has been on a steady rise. Since then he has released several mixtapes (all available on streaming services). His debut solo album Lebron Jordan Kobe which was picked up when Moss Da Beast signed with DTLA records includes stellar production from platinum producers 1Mind, Bandplay, Yella tha OG and mostly produced by Alabamas own super production team The BlockBeattaz . Moss’s stoner MixTape Series titled MarleySon helped Moss ink his 2nd sponsorship with GoodTimes USA and currently Afghan Hemp. Moss is leaning heavy on his management skills from grooming Bandplay, Yella Tha OG 1Mind and Cocaine Jane in his CEO phase of Beastmode Music Group. While still ghostrwriting, and promoting events under the VIP Sesh Brand Moss has become a household name on the west coast by performing at festivals like KushStock, Private sector etc.
