Surge

Arthur dos Santos, better known under stage name Surge (a.k.a Blu), is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Boston, Massachusetts.

He began releasing music in 2020 and would gain initial recognition for his singles “Batman” and “diva 2”, the latter of which would feature Rochester rapper, sgpwes.

Surge would build off this hype in 2021, being featured on a viral cypher by tana titled “Incredibles”, and releasing his biggest singles to date titled “basic” and “bee”, the latter of which would gain traction on video-sharing app, TikTok.

He would release his second official project World Is Blu, in 2022, which would feature long-awaited single, “Arcteryx” and carry a feature from Slump6s. He would later release “Pint” during the same year, one of his biggest singles to date.
