Idk he did this song cause it’s the most “mainstream” song, and it’s meant to be cause in the context of the album it shows what a young dude would freestyle with his boys about. But making a video takes it out of that context, and I think Bitch Don’t Kill my Vibe has soooo much buzz thats potentially the biggest single (or poetic justice) on the entire tape. Also i personally if he was going in the way of making the best song id want a vid of Money Trees to be honest. But ultimately the video is dope, and doesn’t look like it cost too much unlike Swimming Pools that seemed like a full blown single so i just think it’d be wise to get Bitch Dont on the radio next looking back on it this might just be like a street single.

Contrary to some of the stuff I’ve been hearing and seen people put on the youtube comments, I think this video does illustrate a cohesive and accurate description of how he was back when all he wanted was “pussy & money”. It makes sense the big booty-twerkin girl was Sherane because that’s all he saw in her back then and it shows the watcher who she was.

-Doing it all black-and-white actually made it VERY boring to me-would’ve liked to see that at least switch up a little bit

-The whole “Sherane” part was honestly stupid. I figured that that broad was supposed to be Sherane before they put the name over her head so maybe that’s just cause I made a lucky guess but that was still ungainly as fuck, and the way he just stood there looking awkward and not rapping during the part of the song where he’s honestly goin' the hardest was some bullshit. I feel like it was supposed to be artistic in some way but just didn’t pull itself off.
-Dude looks fresh as fuck the whole video.
-I probably won’t watch it again, but then again, I don’t watch music videos more than once under most circumstances. Shit was cool overall.

I agree Bitch Dant Kill My vibe should have been released as a single, everyone was going crazy over that shit when the album dropped. It made K.Dot alot of new fans, and would have continued to if it got on the radio. I also agree that putting this track out as a single puts it out of context.

I didn’t dig the Sherane part. I thought his dad’s scene was hilarious, though.

It really is the worst song on the album…

People only hype that Kendrick album up and call it classic cause no one else is dropping good music… Especially new artists…. So if someone comes and drops something that isn’t complete garbage like rest of them, it gets an instant classic label.

When the hype cloud has passed over and people check their emotions they will see that this album isn’t really that great

Kinda wanted a literal video. I thought that would’ve been pretty funny and would’ve kept with the “kids fucking around” theme of the song.
