I do not feel Mac Miller’s new music at all; he just keeps getting weirder and weirder. Dude thinks he’s the reincarnation of Pink Floyd with all the psychedelic shit he keeps putting out. “Macadelic” was not only bad, but very weird and pretty much alienated what old fan base he had.

I just saw him live last weekend on his “Under the Influence Tour”. Dude should have been embarrassed by the performance he put on. Spent half the set singing some newer shit, and, non-surprisingly, it sounded terrible because Mac can’t sing for shit. Only songs that got a good reception were the ones off either “K.I.D.S.”/“Best Day Ever”, and he played like four of them.

I’ll give him props for trying new stuff, but Mac’s the type of artist that needs to stick with what he does best and not reach for weirder shit. Guy has no idea what he’s doing with his career.
