nice attempt, didnt expect this kind of vocals. i suggest something different tho, try on of those female vocals you get in the software and play them to sound longer, calmer and w/e suits the beat more, i’d do that with that beat, the second vocal sample (female) sounds much better.

The sample is a bit distorted because of the time stretching. Consider pitching it down instead of stretching it. That’ll avoid the distortion.

I liked the chops tho. You made a smart move by not repeating the chops everywhere. That gave this a bit of a dynamic feel. Drums were pretty nice, they were sequenced well and mixed nicely.

The vocals were also distorted, again likely due to stretching. But, they did sound pretty good.

The filter effect near the end was nice, but there was a bit too much resonance there, and it kind of pierced my ears. There should be a way for you to tame that, maybe with an equalizer.

Overall this was a solid beat. It’s still missing something tho – I wouldn’t rap on it, but it was a joy listening to it.
