http://atlantablacks...st-four-albums/ http://www.xxlmag.co...-fantasy-video/ “Kanye West has more in common with his mentor Jay-Z than we knew. In an excerpt from Ice-T’s directoral debut The Art Of Rap, West said that he didn’t write down his lyrics for his first four albums. “The four albums West was referring to, The College Dropout, Late Registration, Graduation, and 808’s & Heartbreak were all certified platinum. Late Registration remains West’s biggest album to date, selling over 3 million records worldwide.” |

If that is true, that means that this could have actually been a freestyle.. My respect for Kanye has increased by 3 points. |

It’s not like what came to his mind first is what he put on the album. He most probably freestyle a thousand times and picked out lines from them freestyles |

To be honest when I read this article i realized I never could picture Kanye writing rhymes, I could picture ‘Pac, X, Big L, Big KRIT, Biggie all of them with notebooks but Kanye just seems like he walks in spits something and leaves |

His first four albums were obviously not “freestyled.” This is asinine. Then again, when you consider what passes for a “mix tape” these days (neither mixed nor a tape), maybe these were “freestyled” by the newrap definition. |

“Zexon again having no clue about anything and spreading false information," Take note that I DIDN’T make the title name, its QUOTED for a reason. But I wouldn’t expect you to know that you think ASAP makes trap songs
but I guess once again, you’re making stupid and unthoughtful accusations and posting them. go somewhere. |

don’t get me wrong, I’m not some linguistic purist who thinks words should keep the same meaning forever I don’t have any problem with the new definition of freestyle but that doesn’t even fit THAT definition and I was going to say “it’s weird/dumb” that they used that term but I’m pretty certain they used it purely to be sensationalist/appeal to dumb people who aren’t willing to actually read the article |

If you listened to the Albums all he did was talk about himself and his life for example through the wire |
