How is seceding even a realistic or smart option tbh. I feel that if they did secede they would become terrorist organization’s #1 target due to the fact that they’ll most likely still be perceived as western devilry but now they have no giant military protecting them. With no federal government organizations like the CIA investigating threats and attacks, these states would probably see a lot more homegrown/domestic terrorism, and an increase in international threats and actions against said states. State run government doesn’t have the funding to run intelligence organizations without incredibly high taxes.
