Reading posts on the Underrated forum gave me this idea. Like ScopeY said. If you haven’t heard a rapper how can you call him underrated or overrated?

list in your opinion the best unknown rappers and rappers that put work in, rappers that were signed or worked on a professional level, not some internet rapper that has no prospects.
