Swifty goes pale after taking some many drugs, giving Swift a zombie-like appearance. The night of the living dead was one of the first zombie movies ever made, so it makes sense why he’d look like an extra.

Benadryls are actually a recreational drug used for fighting allergic reactions. They also cause horrible hallucinations that are indistinguishable from reality, causing most to stand completely still, hence the mannequin simile.

Slim Shady here being a bad Role Model as always. It also brings to mind “Who Knew” where Eminem encourages bad behaviour to his listeners.

Fuck that, take drugs, rape sluts
Make fun of gay clubs, men who wear make-up
Get aware, wake up, get a sense of humor
Quit tryna censor music, this is for your kid’s amusement, the kids

This is a good example of how Em would use shock humour to install fear into parents to make them believe he really was the worst person kids could listen to, therefore providing him with more exposure.

A play on the word change. Yeezy means to say that when he see’s her, she’ll smile because of his change/wealth.

Marshall wanted to make it in the big leagues his whole life, and after a unfairly ignored album he finally caught a break when Dr.Dre signed him onto his label Aftermath, where Em finally blew up as an Emcee.

And for a while Em seemed pretty happy with his new found fame and fortune.

However he quickly became overwhelmed by the negative effects of stardom, and realised he can’t just be Marshall Mathers any more. This subject is explored in many of Eminem’s songs, most notably The Way I Am.

After bailing out of jail, Weezy’s first objective is too hook himself up with some drugs.

There is no reasoning with someone who’s brainless. This line could also mean he won’t let the music industry water down his lyrics.

Wanye here describes the proto gangsta he is. Obviously prepared for a gangbang considering the lines “Bullet shells and chambers.” “L’s” is also urban for a blunt, Weezy is of course no stranger to taking drugs.

A clever rephrasing of “you can picture it any way you want”. He’s basically saying no matter what you say, he’ll remain the same gangsta until he’s dead.

Also notice the amount of internal rhymes Wayne uses here:

Paint / may / remain / day / lay / stay

"But it's okay, I got my cake up" (Ciara – I'm Out) | pending

‘Cake up’ is urban slang for large amounts of facial cosmetic surgery and/or lots of make-up.

Using the word ‘Cake’ also alludes to a celebration which she is doing after breaking up with her boy friend.

"Well its a mad mad world that we're living in today" (Vanilla Ice – Tell Me Why) | accepted

Possibly a reference to the 1963 film

No one likes getting a sweater as a present. Kanye tells her that for the future don’t ever buy a sweater for someone again. He’s even nice enough to give a loving kiss. The line has some juxtaposition, going from kissing her too telling her that she should do better.

When most people hit rock bottom, they usually turn to a higher power, given comfort in knowing that god will protect them from getting any lower and instead help them improve their life. Ironically Eminem would have had to do this again in rehab as it is part of the 12 steps of overcoming an addiction.

This line also shows the how disposable women are to Weezy, that once he’s hit it he wants her to shut up and go away, further illustrating that he has no emotional attachment to this girl. You could also take these lines as a hint that they are in a abusive relationship,as she seems pretty anxious to make him proud and he tells her to not make a sound.
