Hey, I’m Mike Greezy, a producer and drummer originally from Sayreville, New Jersey. I love music and have been critiquing, writing and engineering my own songs since early 2001. Living, playing, and moving up and down the East Coast, I had the rare opportunity to grow up listening to a variety of music from some the greatest musicians and artists.
Some of my influences include East Coast Hip-Hop R&B which i gained from my time in New Jersey, Dirty South and Gangster Rap, which i gained from my time in North Carolina, and Reggae and New-School I infused from my current location, Toronto. I still listen and understand hip hop from a drummer's standpoint, and most my beats show off my love for percussion instruments.
Musically, I look up to artists like Nas, Jay, J.R. Writer, Cassidy, JCole, Alicia Keys, Royce da 5'9, Eminem,TheClipse, Juelz Santana, K. West, and Lloyd Banks to name a few. One day I aspire to produce for artists like these.
