After the Romans made Toga’s a thing, the Greeks updated the look, making them looser and more revealing. However, the Gods in both Roman and Greek cultures are oddly similar.

A lot of rappers like to claim their flows are great and smooth, but only Kano and Double S can really get reactions off of flow alone.

A patois term that’s an ode to Dancehall and Reggae, (which isn’t too out of place for Kano to do), the “murder them” line has been bitten time after time in Hip-Hop, from high profile artists like 50 Cent and Foxy Brown, to more recently by Freddie Gibbs.

Rappers say over and over again that they’re “married to the game”, but Ghetts is telling these wedding crashers to back off because he is the one and he won’t be okay with any interruptions.

Daredevil is of course one of Marvel’s many superheroes, and an adjective meaning a “daring person”, which one could easily use to describe Ghetts with his impact on the UK scene.

Justin Credible will be a name familiar to Wrestling fans of Ghetts' generation, as a man who achieved success in ECW, and had a small stint in the WWE. His name is a clear play on words, saying that he is just incredible as a performer.

Of course, Ghetts' real name is Justin Clarke, which is shortened to J. Clarke as the calmer and more mature one of his three music personalities.

The general reference is a nod to the hook of “Gas Mark 9”, in which he says:

Tell a man I’m a general, he ain’t even second in command

From the movie this song is named after, a sample that makes way for both Grime Legends' claim to the title of “Best MC”, a topic Ghetts is all too familiar with.

Tinch is a small guy, but his name is HUGE, especially in the UK. He even co-owns a label with Jay Z, so his height doesn’t matter due to his ongoing success.

She thought he was her soul mate, but they’ve been broken up for a while now and there’s no sign that they’ll get back together any time soon.

It is implied that he had another woman (although she could just be saying she thought she was his soul mate). And now she’s on her own, slowly trying to get over him.

Extremely similar to the track before this, Heart’s Your Home, however, the roles are reversed, as she is the one who can’t go back to him, possibly because of something she said or because they’re just on a break.

To sum it up:

They say people in your life are seasons

It’s hard to understand at a young age, but the people you’re with now won’t be the same people you’re with in 5 years; they could pass away, break up with you or just move on.

It’s impossible to bring up this idea without referencing the Matrix, which is built around the idea that we’re living in a simulated reality.

The idea here, though, is that one day we’ll awake as a child, (hopefully in a better position than Neo) and realise that nothing that we experienced in this life ever actually happened.

This ties into the next line, as it is explicitly stated that something is being hidden (whether it is between lovers or from the world).
