Dream Album: Imagining Andre 3000's Long-Awaited Solo Debut

A Kendrick duet? Classic Organized Noize beats? The possibilities are endless.

André 3000—one of the best rappers to ever do it—has not released any music for almost a decade. He’s claimed to have a solo album in the works since at least 2012, but all we’ve gotten is the occasional mind-blowing guest verse. Earlier this year, he told Billboard:

I’m really interested in figuring out some type of music to do. I’m always recording. I’ve gotten in trouble before for saying when or what is coming, so I like to just kind of let it be. I’d like to put out some kind of music project, but we’ll see.

Well, if he’s looking for ideas, we’ve got ’em. After a decade of fantasizing about what an André 3000 solo album might look like, we put together a full tracklist—complete with cover art and production credits—for our dream album by the 40-year-old OutKast legend. No need to give us credit if you steal our ideas, ’Dre—just release the damn thing already….
