Read All The Lyrics To Future & Metro Boomin’s New Album ‘WE DON’T TRUST YOU’

Longtime collaborators Future and Metro Boomin return today with WE DON’T TRUST YOU, a joint album featuring uncredited appearances from such A-listers as The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, Playboi Carti, and Rick Ross.

WE DON’T TRUST YOU—seemingly named for Metro’s famous producer tag, which features Future saying the line, “If young Metro don’t trust you I’m gon’ shoot you”—is the first of two collaborative projects Future and Metro have in the pipeline. The second is expected to drop April 12.

Speaking last year with Ebro Darden, Metro explained why he didn’t produce any songs on Future’s I NEVER LIKED YOU album. In doing so, he revealed the impetus behind this joint LP.

“I was like, ‘Look, the last time anybody’s really heard a song from me and you was ‘Mask Off,’” Metro said. “So instead of us randomly throwing one or two songs we did on here, we got to wait and just give them a joint.”
