Vigilante Genesis EP

Vigilante Genesis is an EP by Ohio rapper Blueprint, produced in its entirety by underground veteran Aesop Rock. It was released on May 27th 2016 through Blueprint’s label Weightless Recordings.

The project follows an elaborate narrative of a man fighting criminals in a ghetto environment — a vigilante — who wears a gas mask as a disguise. After saving a woman from being assaulted by two men, he proceeds to track them down after they mistakenly kill two innocent men in his place.

The EP was well received by critics.
