Save Me From Myself

Brian “Head” Welch

About “Save Me From Myself”

Save Me From Myself is the debut solo album from then former Korn member/guitarist Brian “Head” Welch, released on September 9, 2008. It’s original working tile was It’s Time To See Religion Die because Welch loves spirituality, but not organized religion.

Struggling with substance abuse and the desire to be a better father to his daughter, Brian became a born again Christian and left Korn in 2005. While the album lyrically is still sort of in the vain of Korn (minus explicit content/profanity), Brian tackles dark subject matter such as drug abuse, suicide, and depression from a Christian perspective giving the listener a sense of hope and solutions to these problems.
