The 2003 follow-up to Coheed and Cambria’s The Second Stage Turbine Blade, and the third installment in the band’s ongoing storyline.

In this album, set 10 years after the events of The Second Stage Turbine Blade, Coheed and Cambria’s surviving son, Claudio, discovers that his family has been murdered at the hands of the Red Army of the Heaven’s Gate galaxy, and vows revenge, with Supreme Tri-Mage Wilhelm Ryan and General Mayo Deftinwolf determined to stop him. Claudio later teams up with a similarly-revenge-fuelled mage known as Inferno and a disassembled IRO-bot called Sizer to find answers as to why Claudio’s family was murdered.
