About “Omakase”

This tracklist is unconfirmed. It is compiled of recent singles, snippets, and song titles sourced from streaming services, PRO’s, and social media.
It is purely speculative and has not been confirmed by the artist. We will update this tracklist as more information comes to light.

Announced in 2003, Omakase is an unreleased studio album by Dan the Automator. Named after the chef-chosen Japanese tasting menu, Omakase was intended to be released on MCA but delayed when the label was absorbed by Geffen in 2003.

Gorillaz/Blur frontman Damon Albarn, Beck, Yasiin Bey (FKA Mos Def), Busta Rhymes, Black Rob, Beenie Man, and the Blue Man Group among others were all confirmed to feature on the album.

A remix of the track Lonely Man featuring Albarn and Mos Def made by Deltron 3030 collaborator Kid Koala (sans-Yasiin Bey) is the only song from the album to ever surface.
