In 2014, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of one of Elton John’s best-loved albums, Goodbye, Yellow Brick Road: 40th Anniversary Celebration/Super Deluxe Edition was released. It included all the original tracks, as well as covers by artists such as Ed Sheeran and Hunter Hayes. In addition, it included original, more obscure recordings of songs like “Jack Rabbit” and “Step Into Christmas.” Finally, the entirety of his 1973 live performance at the Hammersmith Odeon in London was included, of which the setlist was many songs from the album.
