About “Audiotorium (Unreleased)”

Audiotorium is the 5th full-length studio album from pop-rock band Family Force 5. This album had some trouble getting released because of some issues between the band and their record label, Word Entertainment. Since the band had been wanting to get the album out for their fans, they decided to start The Label-Won’t-Let-Us-Put-Out-The-Album-Yet, Let’s-Play-The-Whole-Thing-Live-For-You-Before-Its-Out Tour, with reasons that are pretty self-explanatory. The tour was with Social Club Misfits and Mr. Talkbox.

Around the beginning of the tour, guitarist Derek “Chap Stique” Mount announced that he would be departing from the band to pursue his other instrumental projects, Juno Kids (with Philip Zach) and Brique a Braq. Fans recognized that not only was Chap Stique removed from the band’s roster, but also synth player Nathan “Nadaddy” Currin. Currin’s reasons were left unknown. Later on, Teddy Boldt also said he’d be leaving the band, most likely to be with his wife. He has since been spotted as the drummer for for KING & COUNTRY. Since their is no longer 5 members, the band decided to change their name to their nickname “FF5.”

Out of this World’ was the first single played across radio stations, but wasn’t released ‘til much later.
