Darkbloom is a split EP released by Canadian musicians Grimes and d'Eon on April 18, 2011, a few months after Grimes' sophomore studio album Halfaxa. The first five tracks were written, performed, and produced by Grimes, while the remaining four were performed by d'Eon. The EP features a slightly different sound from Grimes, but still stays true to her signature edited and muffled vocals over eerie, experimental beats.
In a 2020 interview for Pitchfork, she described the album as “Urban Twilight Montreal.”
