The Great Expanse

The Great Expanse, released on February 22 2019, is the eigth album by Australian Hip-Hop godfathers Hilltop Hoods, named after the diverse listening experience, thanks to the record’s wide sonic and vocal scope.

The album is their most collaborative yet, including features by Ecca Vandal, Nyassa, Timberwolf, Illy, Adrian Eagle and Ruel.

The themes of the album are a “Journey from light to darkness”, as Pressure said during an interview for Blank Gold Coast, including personal themes, like their lives as fathers, and Hilltop Hoods' classic party bangers.
