Pound Syndrome is Hopsin' fourth studio album which was released on July 24th, 2015

Before the album was released, on December 14th, 2014 Hopsin had pranked the world by saying he was quitting rap and moving to Australia. A week and a half after the prank, he posted a video on his official youtube channel where he says he isn’t quitting rap and stated “get ready for that pound syndrome” which played a snippet of his song Forever Ill then cutting away to a screen that said “2015” meaning it would be released in 2015. Soon he revealed that he had been working on this album secretly so he wouldn’t feel pressure while working on it.

On May 31st, Hopsin released the first single for the album titled Crown Me along with the music video which revealed the date release date for the album being July 24th, 2015

Hopsin later released the next single with it’s music video, for the album titled, FLY on July 8th, 2015.

Pound Syndrome debuted at #17 on Billboard 200 with first week sales of 17,149.
