It is an album about going through very trying times and how he responds to the uncertainty and confusion of the present time he finds himself.

It is totally written and produced by Karl Nova, the only guest appearances are from Badiyah who voiced a short poem written by Karl at the intro and Marcy DePina who recited a poem as an outro on closing track “thankful”
