Tears on My Pillow / We Know the Meaning of Love (Remixes) is a remix extended play from Kylie Minogue, released digitally for the first time on December 2, 2016, via PAL Productions Limited. The extended play features different versions of “Tears on My Pillow,” as well as an extended remix of “We Know the Meaning of Love.”

“Tears on My Pillow” was released as fourth and final single from her second studio album, Enjoy Yourself (1989), on January 8, 1990. Commercially, the song peaked at #1 on the UK Singles chart and #20 on Australia’s ARIA Singles chart. Though included on the extended play, “We Know the Meaning of Love” was not released as a single.
