The extended play features different versions of the original song, as well as an instrumental and backing track version of songs “Tell Tale Signs” and “Enjoy Yourself.”

“Wouldn’t Change a Thing” was released as the second single from her second studio album, Enjoy Yourself (1989), on July 24, 1989. Commercially, the song peaked at #2 on the UK Singles chart and #6 on Australia’s ARIA Singles chart. Though included on the extended play, “Tell Tale Signs” and “Enjoy Yourself” were not released as singles.
