Emergency Tsunami 2 is the fourth commercial mixtape by NAV and serves as the sequel to NAV’s second commercial mixtape, which was released in November 2020. Wheezy serves as the main producer for both mixtapes, producing every single track with some help from other producers on some tracks. In early June 2023, NAV confirmed that this was one of the projects he was working on in an interview during the screening for the film Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
