7 Day Theory

7 Day Theory is the 7th mixtape by Houston artist Propain. The mixtape is executively-produced by DJ X.O. The mixtape was originally scheduled for an August 7th, 2017 release date, but got delayed until March 9, 2018.

In an interview with 97.9 The Box, Propain said that he and DJ X.O. completed the whole mixtape in 7 days. He also mentioned the significance of the number 7:

The 7th of July, I don’t know if it was a dream, or if I’m day dreaming or whatever…I don’t know if it was the devil or what but he said ‘You got like 7 days man, if you don’t get nothing right in 7 days you might as well come over to this side’…
