The Abbey Road E.P.

The Abbey Road E.P. was released in the UK in May 1988 through EMI America as a way of introducing UK fans to the band’s back catalog as they were touring the UK that year. Although they had already released 3 albums the first two were not released until 1990.

The album cover is obviously a parody of the Beatle’s Abbey Road. The Chili Pepper’s create a twist by being completely naked, aside from conveniently placed tube socks.
