Butch Queen

Butch Queen is the 10th studio album from RuPaul. The album was released on March 4th 2016, just prior to the RuPauls Drag Race Season 8 Premier. It is the third album (after Born Naked and Realness) to be released in conjunction with a Drag Race season premiere.

Many of the tracks, and the title, use the language of the New York Ball Scene with tracks like “Category Is…” and “Drop” revering specifically to Ball Culture.
