“Comedown” is the second EP by American singer-songwriter, That Kid. Teased throughout X (Twitter) it was described as more vulnerable and dark than “Crush” his debut mixtape.
“Cobra” the first single off the EP would soon be announced and released on September 14, 2021 with his first official music video directed by John Mark which dropped two days later on September 16.
The EP dropped the following month and was instantly loved by fans. Fellow friends Arca, Chase Icon, and Slayyyter showed support for the drop.

What was the inspiration behind the visuals for this project?
The music, even though I’d say it sounds sparkly and pretty, is objectively very dark and depressing, so it only made sense to have very dynamic images. Inspiration-wise, there’s a lot of nods to religious imagery. For example: The cross earrings, angel wings on the cover, and the snake imagery; but also stuff like cities at night, the moon, and bodies of water. The mood board for this project, visually, was massive!
