Big Shiny Tunes 7 is the seventh entry of Canadian music television network MuchMusic’s Big Shiny Tunes compilation series.

Released on November 12, 2002, the album featured the hottest rock songs in Canada at the time with artists such as Staind, Weezer, and Coldplay.

The album has been certifited as 3x Platinum in Canada by the CRIA, reaching 300,000 units sold on September 17, 2009.
